Terms and conditions: iPhone 6 competition

- Entry applies to Drinks party package, 3-course Christmas and Christmas buffet bookings made between 5th November and 30th November 2014, for parties held during the month of December 2014.
- Applies to booking made at any Chicago’s venue
- The winner will be selected at random on the week commencing 1st December 2014
- The winner will be notified by email or phone within a week of the competition’s closing date, with delivery of prize before end of January 2015
- In the event that Chicago Leisure does not receive acknowledgement from the selected winner within 10 working days, another winner will be selected and notified.
- Chicago Leisure may request proof of purchase at any time
- Entrants must be aged over 18 and reside in the UK at the time of entry. This competition is not open to employees of Chicago Leisure and their immediate families, agents, third parties, or anyone professionally connected with the competition or company. The selected winner must provide full name, address and relevant contact information.
- The Prize consists of an iPhone 6, posted direct to the winner’s home or work address
